5 powerful tactics for transforming ISP customers into advocates

The trouble with customer advocacy, though, is that it’s a fickle thing—and it absolutely cannot be forced. The whole idea of it is to give customers enough of what they want that they can’t help but speak positively about your business. Be proactive.

Be personal.

Be open to feedback.
